**Refund & Store Credit Policy**

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for purchases made through our website or in store. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,

we are pleased to provide store credit for the full amount of your purchase minus 10% handling fee.

Store credit can be used towards future purchases and is valid for 6 months from date of issue.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded in store credit. Sale items cannot be refunded in store credit.

Lay Byes

Items purchased on Lay Byes , will only be received upon full payment . Failure to meet two consecutive payments will result isn the forfeiture of all funds already paid.

We have a 3 month laybye option.

33% of the value of the device will need to be paid per a month for 3 months.

Once the total value of the device is paid up we will have the device delivered or you may collect.

Laybyes are not valid for sale items

Devices can be paid up before the 3 months for quicker delivery

We do not offer store credit on laybys.

Replacements

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon purchase. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@isupplyza.co

Repairs

All repairs have a 1 month warranty, if a third party company does any repairs to our devices the warranty will unfortunately be voided.
