Refund & Store Credit Policy

We do not offer refunds or returns for purchases made in-store or online.

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer store credit equal to the full purchase amount minus a 10% handling fee.

  • Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
  • It can be used towards any future purchase.

Note: All courier and collection fees related to returns or issues will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for store credit.
  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds or store credit.

  • We offer a 3-month lay-by plan.
  • Payment structure: 33% of the device value per month for 3 months.
  • Devices will only be delivered or available for collection once full payment is completed.
  • Early settlement is welcome for quicker delivery.

Important:

  • Missing two consecutive payments will result in forfeiture of all funds paid.
  • Lay-bys are not valid on sale items.
  • Store credit is not applicable to lay-by purchases.

We will replace items only if they are defective or damaged at the time of purchase.

  • All repairs carry a 3-month warranty.
  • Any third-party repair or diagnostics will void your warranty.
