Refund & Store Credit Policy
๐ซ All Sales Are Final
We do not offer refunds or returns for purchases made in-store or online.
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer store credit equal to the full purchase amount minus a 10% handling fee.
- Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- It can be used towards any future purchase.
Note: All courier and collection fees related to returns or issues will be the responsibility of the customer.

๐ท๏ธ Sale Items
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for store credit.
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds or store credit.
๐ฐ Lay-Bys
- We offer a 3-month lay-by plan.
- Payment structure: 33% of the device value per month for 3 months.
- Devices will only be delivered or available for collection once full payment is completed.
- Early settlement is welcome for quicker delivery.
Important:
- Missing two consecutive payments will result in forfeiture of all funds paid.
- Lay-bys are not valid on sale items.
- Store credit is not applicable to lay-by purchases.
๐ Replacements
We will replace items only if they are defective or damaged at the time of purchase.

- All repairs carry a 3-month warranty.
- Any third-party repair or diagnostics will void your warranty.
