All devices sold by iSupplyZA as “pre-owned” or “refurbished” have been previously used.
Devices may show minor cosmetic wear, such as light scratches or scuffs.
Where necessary, devices may have undergone repairs or part replacements by our in-house certified technicians to ensure optimal performance.
Each device is fully tested, quality-checked, and sold in full working condition.
All devices come with a 6-month warranty for peace of mind.
Due to the nature of pre-owned electronics, certain faults may only become apparent over time with regular use.
Our warranty covers latent issues that may arise within six months of purchase.
Should any problem occur, customers are encouraged to bring the device in as soon as possible within the warranty period, so we can assess and resolve the issue efficiently.
By purchasing a refurbished or pre-owned device from iSupplyZA, customers acknowledge and accept the above conditions.

If hardware or software faults occur within the warranty period, iSupplyZA will repair or replace the device.
Devices will undergo inspection and a full diagnostic check to determine the fault.
If the issue is found to be due to client negligence, the client will be responsible for all related costs.
A valid invoice must be presented for any warranty claim.
