We offer a 3 month warranty from date of purchase on all of our CPO devices between iPhone 7 – iPhone XS MAX

Should any hardware or software faults arise within the warranty period iSupplyZA will repair or replace the device.

In order for a repair or replacement to be done, iSupplyZA will take the device in for an inspection and run a full diagnostic check which will ascertain the cause of the fault.

In the case that the fault is due to client negligence then any charges incurred will fall onto the client.

In order for the claim to be valid an invoice will need to be provided.

We do NOT offer REFUNDS, however we do issue store credit.

Our warranty does NOT cover :

• Physical damage
• Water damage
• Load shedding damage
• If any 3rd party company does diagnostics or repairs on our devices
