What is the return policy?
If a product is defective upon leaving the store, and the issue was not disclosed at the time of purchase, we will assess the device and provide a replacement where applicable.
If a device is purchase with an underlying condition or defects being stipulated then it cannot be returned for reason nor will the issue by covered by any warranty.
Please note that we do not offer returns or replacements based on change of mind or customer preference once the purchase has been completed.
All sales are final.
When Will I Receive My Order?
Same-day delivery is available in Cape Town for EFT purchases, by prior arrangement. Orders within a 10km radius may be delivered within the hour.
Standard delivery within Cape Town takes 1–2 days, while outlying areas in the Western Cape may take slightly longer.
Nationwide shipping across South Africa takes 2–5 working days.
Once your order is placed, you will receive confirmation, and tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

We offer free shipping on all standard orders. If you require priority delivery, whether during or outside of regular hours, fees will depend on your location and timing. If you would like this option, please contact us directly before your order so we can arrange it for you.
