iSupplyZA Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed during normal business hours. Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Orders placed outside of business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping & Delivery
iSupplyZA ships nationwide within South Africa through reputable courier partners.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Major Cities: 1–3 business days
- Regional Areas: 2–5 business days
- Remote Areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, and high-volume periods.
Shipping Costs
iSupplyZA offers FREE nationwide shipping on all orders of R500 or more.
For orders below R500, a flat shipping fee of R100 will apply.
Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed and confirmed before checkout.
iSupplyZA reserves the right to amend shipping rates and promotional shipping offers at any time without prior notice.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information when placing an order.
iSupplyZA will not be responsible for delays, additional charges, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details supplied by the customer.
Risk and Ownership
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery and acceptance of the package at the delivery address provided.
Customers should inspect packages upon delivery and report any visible damage within 24 hours of receipt.
Delivery Delays
While every effort is made to ensure prompt delivery, iSupplyZA cannot guarantee delivery dates and will not be held liable for delays caused by courier companies, weather events, strikes, public holidays, load shedding, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Collection Orders
Customers selecting in-store collection will be notified once their order is ready for collection.
A valid proof of purchase and identification may be required when collecting an order.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, customers must notify iSupplyZA as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours after the expected delivery date or receipt of the package.
iSupplyZA will work with the courier company to investigate the matter and determine an appropriate resolution. Any resolution will be subject to the findings of the courier investigation.
