iSupplyZA Return & Refund Policy

At iSupplyZA, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before completing your purchase.

All Sales Final

All sales are considered final once the customer has inspected the product, accepted the condition of the item, and left the store or taken possession of the product.

iSupplyZA does not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Incorrect purchases made by the customer.
  • Compatibility issues where the customer has not confirmed compatibility prior to purchase.
  • Buyerโ€™s remorse.
  • Price changes or promotional offers occurring after purchase.

Defective Products

If a product is found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault and the defect is reported within the applicable warranty period, iSupplyZA will assess the product.

Where a valid defect is confirmed, iSupplyZA will, at its discretion:

  1. Repair the product;
  2. Replace the product with the same or a similar product of equivalent value; or
  3. Issue a refund only if the product cannot reasonably be repaired or replaced.

Inspection and Testing

All returned products submitted for a warranty claim will undergo inspection and testing by iSupplyZA or an authorized service provider to determine the cause of the fault.

Products will not qualify for repair, replacement, or refund if the fault is determined to have been caused by:

  • Physical damage.
  • Liquid damage.
  • Negligence or misuse.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage occurring after the customer has taken possession of the product.

Pre-Owned Devices

All pre-owned devices are sold in the condition disclosed at the time of sale and are subject to the warranty terms provided by iSupplyZA. Cosmetic imperfections disclosed prior to purchase do not qualify as defects and are not grounds for a refund, return, or exchange.

Customer Acceptance

By completing a purchase from iSupplyZA, the customer acknowledges that they have inspected the product, accepted its condition, and agree to be bound by this Return & Refund Policy.
