Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.isupplyza.co and any purchases made from iSupplyZA (“we”, “us”, or “our”), whether online or in-store.
By purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.
WARRANTY
Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Devices
All devices sold by iSupplyZA as “pre-owned” or “refurbished” have been previously used.
Devices may show minor cosmetic wear, such as light scratches or scuffs.
Where necessary, devices may have undergone repairs or part replacements by our in-house certified technicians to ensure optimal performance.
Each device is fully tested, quality-checked, and sold in full working condition.
All devices come with a 12-month warranty for peace of mind.
Due to the nature of pre-owned electronics, certain faults may only become apparent over time with regular use. Our warranty covers latent issues that may arise within twelve (12) months of purchase.
Should any problem occur, customers are encouraged to bring the device in as soon as possible within the warranty period so we can assess and resolve the issue efficiently.
By purchasing a refurbished or pre-owned device from iSupplyZA, customers acknowledge and accept the above conditions.
Warranty Terms for Discounted / Daily Deal Devices
Devices sold as part of a daily deal or at a discounted price due to pre-existing conditions are covered by a limited warranty.
Any faults or defects clearly identified and disclosed prior to purchase — including but not limited to cracked screens, degraded battery performance, cosmetic damage, or microphone issues — are explicitly excluded from warranty coverage.
The warranty will cover all other functional components not listed as defective at the time of sale, for the duration of the applicable warranty period.
This policy ensures transparency while allowing customers to benefit from reduced pricing on devices with disclosed limitations.
Repairs & Replacements
If hardware or software faults occur within the warranty period, iSupplyZA will repair or replace the device.
Devices will undergo inspection and a full diagnostic check to determine the fault.
A valid invoice must be presented for any warranty claim.
If the issue is found to be due to client negligence, the client will be responsible for all related costs.
Inspection & Assessment Policy
All devices must be inspected by our in-house technician before any claim is processed.
Reports from third-party technicians will not be accepted.
The inspection process may take 1–3 working days and cannot be expedited.
A loan device may be offered at iSupplyZA’s discretion and is not guaranteed.
Important Exclusions
Our warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage
- Water damage
- Power surge-related damage
- Repairs or diagnostics by third-party providers
Device Age & Performance Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for researching and understanding the specifications, age, and capabilities of a device before making a purchase.
iSupplyZA will not be held responsible if an older device:
- Performs slower
- Has reduced battery performance
- No longer receives software updates
These are natural limitations of older technology.
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that they are aware of the device’s age and potential performance limitations and accept these as normal characteristics of older devices.
Returns & Refunds
No refunds are offered. Store credit may be provided at our sole discretion.
All courier and collection fees incurred in the event of any issue will be the responsibility of the customer.
1. All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for purchases made in-store or online, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we may, at our sole discretion, offer:
Store Credit Policy
- Store credit equal to the purchase amount minus a 10% handling fee
- Store credit valid for 6 months from date of issue
- Store credit may be used toward any future purchase
- Store credit is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash
2. Customer Responsibility Upon Purchase
Customers must:
- Inspect goods carefully before leaving the store or accepting delivery
- Verify that all accessories and components are included
Once items have left our premises or delivery has been completed, iSupplyZA is not liable for loss, theft, damage, or missing components unless reported immediately upon receipt.
All courier, return shipping, or collection fees related to exchanges, replacements, or disputes are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Sale Items
- Only regular-priced items may qualify for store credit (subject to approval)
- Sale or discounted items are strictly non-refundable and not eligible for store credit
- Lay-by purchases are not valid on sale items
4. Lay-By Policy
We offer a 6-month lay-by plan under the following conditions:
Payment Structure
- 30% non-refundable deposit
- Remaining balance payable monthly over 6 months
Important Terms
- Devices will only be released or delivered once full payment has been received
- Early settlement is permitted
- Missing two consecutive payments will result in automatic cancellation of the lay-by and forfeiture of all amounts paid
- Store credit does not apply to lay-by purchases
- Lay-bys are not available on sale or promotional items
- All lay-by agreements are binding once the deposit is paid
5. Replacement Policy (Defective or Damaged Items)
We will replace items only if they are defective or damaged at the time of purchase or upon immediate delivery inspection.
To initiate a replacement request, you must:
- Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item
- Provide proof of purchase
- Provide clear evidence of the defect or damage
We reserve the right to inspect and verify all claims before approving a replacement.
6. Blacklisted Devices Policy
If a device purchased from iSupplyZA becomes blacklisted (reported lost, stolen, or linked to fraud), we accept responsibility subject to the conditions below.
Where verified, we will:
- Provide a replacement device of equivalent market value at the time of blacklisting
Important Conditions:
- No refunds, cash alternatives, or store credit will be offered
- Replacement devices may be pre-owned or refurbished
- Official proof of blacklisting is required
- We reserve the right to investigate and verify all claims
Exclusions:
Devices blacklisted due to:
- Customer negligence
- Unpaid accounts
- SIM contract disputes
- Fraud involvement or misuse
are not eligible for replacement.
All decisions remain at the sole discretion of iSupplyZA.
7. Repairs & Warranty
All repairs include a 3-month limited warranty, covering the specific component repaired only.
Warranty will be void if:
- The device is opened, modified, or repaired by a third party
- Physical or liquid damage occurs after repair
- Damage results from misuse, negligence, or accidental damage
The warranty does not cover unrelated faults that occur after repair.
Repair Warranty & Testing Terms
iSupplyZA provides warranty only on the specific component that was repaired or replaced.
If an issue arises that is directly related to the replaced component:
- The device will be inspected by our in-house technician
- Only faults confirmed and linked to the repaired component will be covered
If a device is booked in while completely non-functional:
- Full diagnostics may not be possible beforehand
- Any additional faults discovered after repair will not be the responsibility of iSupplyZA
Customers may be required to provide the device passcode or password for testing purposes.
If the passcode is not provided:
- Full testing cannot be completed
- iSupplyZA will not be held responsible for any issues discovered after repair
Accessories Warranty
All accessories purchased from iSupplyZA carry a 100-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage
- Misuse
- Damage caused by faulty power sources such as defective wall plugs or adapters
All claims will be inspected and assessed in-store.
Screen protectors and device covers are not covered under any warranty.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- iSupplyZA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price
We are not responsible for data loss. Customers are advised to back up devices before repairs or exchanges.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
